Renew Church is a literal miracle in progress that you can be part of. It's the result of years of formal and informal theological training, study and pastoral experience.

Renew is a non-denominational church rooted in the historic beliefs of Christianity. One of the unique things about Renew is that It's also the result of genuine spiritual awakenings experienced by Renew's' Founding Pastor, Mike Paolicelli and his wife, Janet, in the South Pacific Solomon Islands in 1996 and 1998.

Renew Church was founded by Pastor Mike Paolicelli and his wife, Janet. In the summer of 2006, they sold their home, packed up their belongings and their three month old and 2 ½ year old sons and drove 2,765 miles from Portland, Oregon to Charlotte, North Carolina. Believing God was already at work in the city of Charlotte, they are stepping out and meeting the people God is stirring – people they’ve never before met. And, they are inviting others to join them from across the country and around the world. It is literally a “parachute, pioneer” church start.
